This is my world

I am a proud step-momma.
Oh course this story excites me more than normal people as I live and breath dentistry.

2 weeks ago I was flossing the little cookie's teeth and as always did a cavity check along with checking out her newest 6 year molars. Next was her lower front teeth for wiggles (the lower front are the first to go). I was not expecting anything as all her 6 year molars have not come in just yet (they usually come in first). But to my surprise they BOTH were!! Very slightly, so I told her and she said "oh yeah, a little bit."

This past Friday (2 days ago) I was flossing her teeth again and doing the whole regular check ups. Of course I first went to her lower front teeth and to my surprise it was quite a bit more wiggly! I have seen children have slightly wiggly teeth for months. Not N's teeth, sheesh they are coming through like no ones business! Now she is wiggling it soo much hoping she can make some money/presents.

Hmm, what else is new? We went skating, the little cookie is getting sooo much better. She can take a few strides forward then falls, but MUCH better than last time. Pics to come. Yesterday we had a big thanksgiving dinner. There were 13 people over at our house. We cooked the biggest turkey (26 pounds) that we have ever made. Lots of family and love that evening. I have decided for christmas I will be cooking my first turkey dinner (my man cooked it last time). I was kinda jealous. All my mans family kept saying to him thanks for taking on the family and providing this amazing meal and fun time. So next year is my time. lol.

Oh, my man fell in love with hockey last year, and when he starts liking something he always goes all out. He purchased some skates and is starting hockey next year. Another great way to exercise without jogging.

Oh jeeze its been such a long time since I last really blogged.
As always I am proud to have my shmoops and his never ending support and love.
