Pancake Baccon sandwich

I went over to my friends place for the night after a girls night out and her man made us an amazing breakfast! Pancakes from scratch and very good Baccon. This was his idea though. Baccon pancake sandwich with syrup all over. Yum! I'm planning on having this Sat morning. Yum indeed!!
